closes https://linear.app/getsentry/issue/TET-1655/update-agent-monitoring-screenshots-for-ui2

This PR updates the screenshots and refines the descriptions. I’ve also added descriptions for the Models and Tools tabs. We may need to update this again if we GA tabs behind feature flags.

Note:
Renamed all PNGs to avoid potential caching issues.

Just for my own understanding: how does renaming the images prevent caching issues? What are the issues we're trying to prevent?

---

Once you've [configured the Sentry SDK](/product/insights/ai/agents/getting-started/) for your AI agent project, you'll start receiving data in the Sentry [AI Agents Insights](https://sentry.io/orgredirect/organizations/:orgslug/insights/ai/agents/) dashboard.
The [AI Agents Insights](https://sentry.io/orgredirect/organizations/:orgslug/insights/ai/agents/) dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your AI workflows, allowing you to monitor executions, track model costs and token usage, analyze tool calls, and get insights into recent errors. After you've [configured the Sentry SDK](/product/insights/ai/agents/getting-started/) for your project, data from your AI systems will start flowing into the dashboard, giving you actionable insights into their behavior and performance.

This is a bit of a nit, but I think we should improve on the wording here - don't love "data will start flowing into the dashboard" for a product with a developer audience, maybe we can find something better

I’ve run into similar issues before - for example, in the Debug December project - and I’m not sure whether the same problem would occur in this repo. To be safe, I went ahead and renamed the updated images as well.
